If you are passionate about health, wellness, and longevity, and excited to work in a fast-paced, science-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.What will you doIdentify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches.Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting.Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with company’s premium and science-backed positioning.Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred:biology, nutrition, health sciences).1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media(including internships).Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.A strong passion for health, wellness, science, and longevity.Why join them:Our client believes that the best companies help you live your life the way you want and become the person you want to be.
