Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.Your role at Dash0As Event Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute Dash0’s events strategy end-to-end - from planning to flawless delivery to measurable pipeline impact. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Leadership to raise Dash0’s visibility across the most relevant developer, cloud, and observability stages, while strengthening our growing OpenTelemetry community.You’ll own the full spectrum of event formats, including:Meetups & community events (CNCF/OpenTelemetry meetups, DevOpsDays)Conferences & trade shows (e.g., KubeCon, WeAreDevelopers)Cloud partner events (e.g., AWS Summits & Pop-Ups across US cities)Owned experiences (executive roundtables, customer panels, hands-on workshops, webinars)What you’ll doEvent strategy & calendar: Identify, tier, and prioritize US events by audience, reach, cost, and pipeline potentialEnd-to-end execution: Manage sponsorships, booths, logistics, vendors, branding, shipping, swag - on time and on budgetContent & programming: Coordinate compelling talks, demos, and workshops with SEs/PMsLead engine: Design capture flows (badge scans, QR codes, forms), ensure clean CRM handoff, and enable fast SDR/AE follow-upCampaign orchestration: Drive pre-event promotion (outbound, social, email), on-site engagement (demos, meetings), and post-event nurture campaigns, write Event enablement for Sales follow upBudget & negotiation: Own budgets, track ROI, manage vendors, and negotiate sponsorships effectivelyBrand & community: Support strengthening Dash0’s presence in the OpenTelemetry community (meetups, ambassadors) and ensure consistent brand executionCompliance: Ensure all activities meet GDPR, legal, and security requirementsWhat you bring2–3+ years in event marketing / planningExperience managing multiple large-scale events in parallelComfortable working with technical contentExcellent project and stakeholder management skills—organized, detail-driven, hands-on, fastFluent English (written and spoken)Bonus points if you have:Existing relationships in the CNCF/AWS ecosystem and with US event organizersFamiliarity with OpenTelemetry and large-scale observability challengesExperience in high-growth startups, building programs from the ground up (0 -> 1)What we offerCompetitive salaryEquity participationFlexible, remote-first work environmentDedicated event budget and high ownership to shape Dash0’s US presenceTravel to US events (~20–30%, seasonally)Collaborative and highly supportive team culture
