Playtech's Casino CRM team is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior CRM Executive to join the team. If you are passionate about the online casino industry and have a knack for data analysis, we want to hear from you!  

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Configure promotions, bonuses, and marketing offers using CRM tools. 
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and functionality of CRM activities.
• Test campaign functionality through A/B tests and maintain accurate campaign documentation.  
• Execute tasks from the CRM Plan for smooth operations. 
• Assist in planning, analysing, optimizing, and maintaining CRM cycles. 
• Track live campaigns for issues or optimization opportunities. 
• Gather performance metrics and share insights and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns. 
• Assist in managing Player Journeys, including bonuses setup and performance reviews. 

Qualifications

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Have high motivation and a willingness to learn.
• Present a strong interest in the casino gaming industry.
• Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills by collaborating effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
