Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 technicians ensuring productivity and cohesive teamwork.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients within a 100-mile radius, offering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategic initiatives using MarTech solutions.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients.
- Conduct client presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our products and services.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius as needed.
