We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jira Process Improvement Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain. You will serve as a strategic partner to business units, driving process optimization, promoting best practices, and ensuring Jira tools and workflows effectively support organizational goals.

✅ Requirements:
✔ Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
✔ Jira Administration: Strong expertise in Jira (Data Center version), including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
✔ Tool Integration: Experience integrating Jira with Confluence, Bitbucket, and external systems.
✔ Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner, and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python).
✔ Analytical & Problem Solving: Ability to assess processes, identify issues, and implement solutions.
✔ Communication: Strong English (written and spoken), capable of translating technical solutions to business stakeholders.
✔ Project Management: Experience managing multiple tasks and aligning solutions with business needs.
✔ Consultative Approach: Proactive in proposing and implementing process improvements.
✔ Facilitation & Training: Ability to guide teams through new processes and tools.
✅ Hard skills:
✔ Jira Administration: Jira Data Center configuration, project setup, workflow management, permission schemes, dashboards, and notifications.
✔ Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Business Process Management (BPM).
✔ Automation & Scripting: Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner, Groovy scripting, Python, custom script development.
✔ Tool Integration: Experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, API integrations, and external tools integration.
✔ Reporting & Analytics: Building custom dashboards and reports in Jira, eazyBI, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
✔ Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio.
✔ Change Management: Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, and best practices in change management.
✔ Process Automation: Using automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier for process optimization.
✔ Technical Skills: Basic programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript), understanding of APIs and data integrations.

‼ Important: This is an on-site position based in Valencia. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must either already be in Valencia or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.
