Our client, a highly respected P&C Insurance Company, is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join their growing technology team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of innovative IT products that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development to execution and delivery of IT solutions. Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to define product vision, goals, and requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of features that provide maximum business value. Oversee product launches, enhancements, and performance metrics to measure success and adoption. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and project management teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for innovation. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications / Requirements: 5 - 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in IT, with a proven track record of delivering technology products or platforms. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and enterprise technology solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and roadmap development. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Product Management certification (CSPO, Pragmatic, etc.) is preferred.
