Jockey is seeking an International Business Analyst to join our International team!

Job Summary

The International Business Analyst will provide strategic insight, analysis, and recommendations to our international marketing managers and business unit leaders. This role supports our retention and acquisition marketing goals and drives analytics projects which impact how we engage and respond to our customers.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

Essential Functions

• Own all regularly scheduled international and marketing reports and provide insight on observed changes in business.
• Develop and own roadmap for all marketing data and analytics needs, planning for current and future needs.
• Work with cross-functional international team to identify, plan, execute, and measure multivariate testing opportunities to improve the customer experience and on-site conversation.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of all international data, escalating to appropriate resources when appropriate.
• Partner with marketing managers to align and make recommendations to marketing strategy.
• Create holistic views of the business performance by leveraging user experience and product data in combination with web analytics.
• Coach and train team members and communicate highly complex and dynamic information in new and creative ways.
• Continuous personal development and training.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, or working on analytical projects, preferably in a retail or B2C company.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical field like computer science, statistics, or economics.
• Intermediate+ SQL skills.
• Experience with creating dashboards/reports in a modern BI tool (Tableau preferred).
• Strong Excel skills, experience with Google Analytics or similar web collecting system.
