We offer competitive salaries, meaningful equity, comprehensive health coverage, and the opportunity to work fully remotely as part of a distributed team.The positionAs our team grows and campaigns scale, we’re hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to keep us aligned, consistent, and moving fast across channels.This role is the connective tissue of the marketing organization - equal parts project manager, partner wrangler, content integrator, and brand steward. You’ll connect the dots across brand, product marketing, PR, content, growth, and creative to ensure campaigns are cohesive, well-briefed, and well executed.You’ll play a critical role in keeping calendars and launches on track, creative tightly aligned to strategy, our PR engine supported, and our brand consistent across every surface. If you’re highly organized, strategically minded, and thrive in cross-functional environments, this role is built for you.What You’ll DoIntegrated Campaign & GTM ExecutionSupport execution of brand and product go-to-market campaigns from brief through launchTranslate high-level strategy into clear campaign plans with defined timelines and deliverablesAlign messaging and assets across social, lifecycle, paid, blog, partnerships, and earned mediaProduct Marketing IntegrationPartner closely with Product feature launches and key product momentsManage cross-channel execution plans based on point.me positioning and messaging frameworksEnsure product narratives are consistent across lifecycle marketing, campaign creative and contentCoordinate launch timelines across Brand, Growth, PR, and LifecycleHelp operationalize GTM plans so nothing slips between strategy and executionCreative & Editorial BriefingWrite clear, strategic briefs for creative, lifecycle marketing, and design teamsBrief editorial writers with strong narrative direction and messaging guardrailsCoordinate campaign kickoffs and manage cross-functional feedback loopsWork with marketing leadership to ensure all creative and content ladders back to campaign objectives and brand standardsPR & Content IntegrationPartner closely with PR and our Editor-in-Chief to align campaign timing with media outreach and pitchesCoordinate messaging frameworks, talking points, and supporting assets for PR momentsEnsure earned media efforts feel integrated — not bolted onMarketing Calendar & Cross-Functional AlignmentMaintain the master marketing calendarCreate visibility across Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, Partnerships, and PRFlag risks early and bring structure to fast-moving initiativesBrand Stewardship & Quality ControlAct as a brand steward across campaigns, partnerships, and external-facing contentMaintain campaign documentation and key messaging frameworksServe as a detail-oriented final pass before major launchesWhat We’re Looking For4–7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, product marketing, or integrated campaign rolesExperience managing cross-channel campaignsProven ability to brief creative and editorial teams clearly and effectivelyExperience collaborating with PR teams on launches and media momentsExcellent project management and organizational skillsClear communicator who is comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholdersStrong instincts for brand, storytelling, and campaign pacingYou’ll Thrive in This Role If YouYou’re energized by keeping 10 things moving at once, not just finishing one big projectYou notice when messaging feels off-brand before anyone asks you toYou’d rather over-communicate a risk than let it become a problemAre the most organized person in the roomCare deeply about quality without getting stuck in perfectionReportingThis role reports to the Head of Brand & Comms and works closely with Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, Organic Social, Creative, and PR partners.Why You’ll Like Working HereJoin our growing team!
