AIA advocates at every level of government on issues central to the profession and the public: housing affordability, building codes and resilience, professional licensure, climate action, and procurement reform.Position Summary:The Integrated Marketing & Brand Intern will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns while helping ensure consistent application of AIA’s brand across channels and initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in campaign strategy, digital marketing, brand management, and performance analytics within a national membership organization.Responsibilities:Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, and social channelsAssist with email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including content development, QA, and performance trackingSupport rollout and communication of brand campaign to teams and chapters Organize, maintain, and audit brand assets and resources for consistencyAnalyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendationsConduct audience and competitive research to inform campaign strategyCollaborate with marketing, communications, and design teamsQualifications:Current undergraduate or graduate student (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)Interest in digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategyStrong communication, organization, and project management skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or project management tools a plusLearning OpportunitiesIntegrated marketing campaign development and executionBrand management and consistency across channelsMarketing analytics and performance reporting (GA4, dashboards)Content strategy and copywritingCross-functional collaboration and project coordinationExperience with marketing technology (CRM, automation tools)Internship DetailsThis is an 8-week, full-time remote paid internship which will run from June 15, 2026 - August 7, 2026.Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
