Situated in the bustling tech hub of Bellevue, WA, our company is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our innovative fintech environment. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital banking and payment processing solutions. Reporting to the sales director, you will work alongside multiple project teams, collaborating to craft tailored sales strategies and optimize client engagement. Your schedule will follow a first shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing you to engage with clients across various time zones effectively. Regular travel to nearby major cities offers the opportunity to expand your professional network and deepen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor sales presentations and proposals
  • Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage sales activities and forecast sales
  • Provide seamless support to clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest fintech trends

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of relevant experience in inside sales, preferably within the fintech sector. Key qualifications include:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications
  • Proficiency in Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple project teams
