Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Associate in Bakersfield, CA, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cybersecurity software solutions. You will be part of an innovative environment focused on identity management and cloud security, contributing directly to the success of our customers. This role offers the chance to work across multiple project teams during the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, providing an excellent work-life balance for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with multiple project teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with customer needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io to manage sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and webinars via HubSpot and ZoomInfo to showcase the value of our software solutions.
  • Travel within a 30-mile radius of your home base to meet with potential clients and strengthen local partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner and HubSpot Sales Software certifications.
  • Proficiency with technology stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Additional AWS certifications beyond Cloud Practitioner.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or a related tech field.
