This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Growth. You'll manage eight-figure budgets, negotiate with top-tier talent agencies, and architect the influencer strategy that takes IM8 from ~$120M to $250M+ ARR.If you've scaled a creator programme from zero to thousands, know TikTok Shop inside and out, and have experience activating world-class athlete talent — this role was made for you.Key Responsibilities1. Paid Creator ProgrammeBuild and manage a tiered paid creator programme across micro, mid-tier, macro, and celebrity/athlete tiersDevelop standardised rate cards, creative briefs, and performance benchmarks for every tierNegotiate contracts and manage relationships with talent agencies, managers, and creators directlyOwn the creator P&L — forecast spend, track ROAS, and optimise cost-per-acquisition by tierBrief and quality-control content at scale while preserving authentic creator voice2. TikTok Shop & Affiliate EngineArchitect and scale a 1,000+ creator affiliate programme on TikTok ShopSet commission structures, bonus incentives, and GMV targets that drive profitable growthManage TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate invite flows, sample seeding, and creator onboardingAnalyse affiliate performance data (Kalodata, TikTok analytics) to identify top performers and scale what worksStay ahead of TikTok Shop algorithm changes, trending formats, and best practices3. Organic Ambassador ProgrammeDesign and run an always-on ambassador programme that turns genuine fans into brand advocatesDevelop gifting, seeding, and community engagement strategies to drive organic creator content at scaleBuild retention systems — loyalty tiers, exclusive access, co-creation opportunities — that keep creators engaged long-termCreate a self-serve creator portal with brand assets, briefs, and affiliate tools4. Athlete & Talent ActivationTransform contracted athlete assets (Beckham, Sabalenka, Bearman, Giannis, Inter Miami) into high-performing content and campaignsCollaborate with athlete management teams on shoot schedules, usage rights, and social amplificationDevelop athlete-specific content playbooks — day-in-the-life, product routines, training content, match-day momentsMaximise ROI on existing ambassador contracts through strategic content planning and paid amplification5.
