KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Tasks: Manage HR systems, draft internal HR communications, and handle general inquiries.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare for new hires, coordinate first-day logistics, ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, and process termination documentation and processes.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with answering basic employee questions regarding benefits and process initial enrolment forms.
- Compliance: Support the HR Management in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, manage candidate correspondence, assist with job postings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven HR/administrative experience (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
