Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy, including role prioritization across all company locations


• Define and oversee the global TA metrics and reporting framework


• Collaborate on the annual global headcount planning process


• Drive recruitment and build networks for niche and senior-level positions


• Partner closely with the rest of People & Culture team to refine our employer branding strategy and identify recruitment bottlenecks

Requirements:

• Extensive TA experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role, with responsibility for shaping global TA strategy and metrics


• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across both tech and non-tech roles, with willingness to stay hands-on and support the team during peak periods


• Experience hiring for specialist, senior, and executive-level positions


• Strong understanding of global recruitment practices; experience in the UK and Canadian markets is a plus


• Background in iGaming or other fast-paced, high-growth environments is an advantage


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
