You tackle the critical questions: How can our ads dominate TikTok or Snapchat, convert amazingly on Instagram or Facebook, and arbitrage keywords at scale on Google and YouTube? Which formats and targeting maximizes not just clicks, but revenue? And how can we launch new campaigns in minutes instead of days with the help of AI? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company's success. On a typical day, your tasks may include:Developing and maintaining a comprehensive brand, targeting and content strategy optimized for paid marketingSetting up and managing thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platformsBuilding and scaling creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with the help of AIOptimizing campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion and revenueStaying ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in our creatives rather than follow itBuilding comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iterationManaging partners in a scalable yet productive mannerCollaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and outputsWho you areYou're a performance marketing powerhouse with extensive experience in paid ads. Your expertise lies in managing hundreds of simultaneous campaigns while maintaining creativity and artistic attention to detail. Typically, your profile will look like this:Degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative field3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in creative industry or entertainment marketingExpert-level proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat AdsProven track record managing 100+ simultaneous campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video contentStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisionsSelf-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments focused on cultural impactYou thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environmentColleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistentYou’re obsessed with music, video or social mediaWhat makes this excitingYou are one of the first employees of an ambitious team, changing the world of media and entertainment.
