The Head of Marketing Tech serves as the owner of the Marketing Tech Business Unit, responsible for product vision, commercial expansion, P&L, and operational execution. This role combines product strategy, business development, marketing ownership, and cross-functional leadership. The role is highly entrepreneurial and requires deep understanding of digital / affiliate marketing, SaaS product growth, and iGaming commercial dynamics.


What You’ll Be Driving:


1. Business Unit Leadership & P&L Ownership



  • Taking full P&L responsibility, including revenue, costs, forecasts, and profitability;

  • Defining yearly OKRs, roadmap, budgets, and hiring plans for the BU;

  • Aligning product, engineering, marketing, sales, and delivery teams around BU KPIs;

  • Building long-term strategy for external monetization and scalable growth.


2. Product & Platform Strategy



  • Owning the overall product vision, positioning, and long-term roadmap for Aff.Tech;

  • Defining strategic priorities for internal operations and SaaS customers;

  • Driving platform evolution in scalability, configurability, reporting, onboarding flows, and integrations;

  • Balancing internal needs with external client requirements;

  • (Nice to have) Contributing to or evolving agent-based or hybrid affiliate systems as part of the platform ecosystem.


3. Commercial Growth & Go-To-Market



  • Driving growth of external clients (operators, agencies, media buying teams);

  • Building and executing GTM strategy, including website, events, PR, partnerships, and industry listings;

  • Working with Sales on pricing, packaging, and deal support;

  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships.


4. Marketing Ownership



  • Owning brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Aff.Tech;

  • Overseeing all product marketing assets: presentations, brochures, demos, case studies;

  • Managing conference presence, awards, and media exposure;

  • Ensuring alignment with the overall GR8 Tech brand strategy.


5. Operations & Delivery Management



  • Overseeing cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, QA, design, analytics, and support;

  • Building scalable onboarding and delivery processes for new clients;

  • Ensuring platform stability, performance, and regulatory alignment across regions.


6. Team Leadership



  • Leading and growing a cross-functional team;

  • Defining performance KPIs and development paths;

  • Fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution.


What Makes You a GR8 Fit:



  • 8–12+ years in product, marketing tech, SaaS, or iGaming leadership roles;

  • Proven experience leading a product or business unit with revenue responsibility;

  • Strong background in affiliate marketing and performance marketing ecosystems;

  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS products;

  • Nice to have: exposure to agent networks, offline affiliate models, or hybrid acquisition channels;

  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing mechanics;

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans;

  • Strong data literacy: KPIs, forecasting, financial modeling;

  • Excellent stakeholder and C-level communication skills.
