We are currently looking for a Director, Head of Marketing in Massachusetts.In this role, you will lead the marketing function for a high-growth, science-driven organization, building and scaling a demand engine that drives awareness, engagement, and high-quality opportunities across biotech and pharma audiences. You will define target segments, craft messaging that resonates with technical buyers, and implement multi-channel campaigns to fuel pipeline growth. As a strategic partner to the commercial team, you will translate scientific insights into compelling value propositions and commercial impact. This hands-on role also involves content creation, product marketing, sales enablement, and team development.
