The role This is a rare opportunity to own marketing end-to-end at a breakout, mission-driven company—and to define how millions of families discover and engage with Nolia. You will sit at the intersection of: Brand and storytellingD2C growth and performance marketingPartnership-driven distribution (health systems, payors, community) You’ll work directly with the leadership team to build a marketing engine that is both deeply human and highly scalable. What you’ll do 1. Build an iconic, trusted consumer brand Craft and evolve Nolia’s brand into the defining voice for caregiversDevelop messaging that is emotionally resonant, clinically credible, and culturally impactfulLead creative across all channels (web, social, content, campaigns)Position Nolia as the category leader in caregiver support 2. Own and scale D2C growth Build and optimize a high-performing growth engine across paid, organic, and lifecycle channelsLead performance marketing (Meta, Google, emerging channels)Drive continuous experimentation on CAC, conversion, and funnel efficiencyPartner with product and ops to improve end-to-end user journey 3.
