Founders Forum Group is seeking a highly capable Head of Marketing to lead the execution, delivery, and ongoing evolution of marketing across our global portfolio of events, communities, and initiatives.This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded marketing leader who combines hands-on execution with the ability to think beyond the immediate brief. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels – zooming into the detail required to deliver complex events, while contributing to longer-term thinking around brand, systems, and scale.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead a team of 4-5 across marketing and community functions, with additional dotted-line relationships across the wider business. You will be closely involved in shaping how Founders Forum Group positions itself globally and how the marketing function evolves as the business grows.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Leadership & DeliveryTake ownership of the end-to-end delivery of marketing for Founders Forum Group’s flagship events and initiatives, ensuring consistently high standards across all touchpointsLead complex marketing workstreams, including guest books, attendee journeys, event apps, registration platforms, CRM-driven communications, and new tools designed to improve efficiency and scalabilityAct as a senior point of oversight for all marketing and community communications, leading on acquisition and the outbound community function including guest list curation, VIP communications, and strategic nurture campaigns, while ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the Founders Forum Group brandOversee social media planning and delivery, including content strategy, scheduling, photography, and on-site captureWork closely with Event Operations on on-site branding and experiential delivery, coordinating with Partnerships on partner marketing across digital and print, managing budgets in collaboration with Finance, and aligning activity with the Tech Nation Marketing teamBrief and collaborate with designers and freelance creatives to bring the visual and experiential aspects of our events and brand to life, ensuring high-quality, on-brand outputs across digital, print, and on-site channelsTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team with varying levels of experience across marketing and community managementSet clear direction and expectations, providing hands-on support, coaching, and feedback to elevate performance across the teamManage team capacity and priorities in a fast-moving environment, adapting plans as new projects and requirements emergeContribute to the ongoing development of team structures, ways of working, and processes as the business scalesStrategic Contribution & Business PartnershipAct as a trusted partner to the Director of Marketing, supporting both immediate delivery and longer-term planningContribute meaningfully to wider conversations around Founders Forum Group’s positioning, brand evolution, and future event launchesBalance short-term execution with forward-looking thinking around systems, tools, and processes that enable growthWork cross-functionally with other Founders Forum Group businesses to align messaging, maximise impact, and share best practiceStakeholder Management & Global PerspectiveOwn relationships with key external partners, including agencies, printers, tech providers, and account managersCollaborate with international teams and partners, bringing a strong awareness of how the Founders Forum Group brand is experienced across different marketsTravel internationally and act as a senior marketing lead on-site at events, supporting live delivery and real-time decision-makingWhy Join Founders Forum GroupThis role sits at the heart of Founders Forum Group.
