This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients.The RoleCondor Software is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own and fuel Condor's growth. This is a high-impact, builder role — you will be Condor's first dedicated growth hire, responsible for creating and executing the company’s growth strategy from the ground up, with an AI-first mentality.As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own the pipeline journey from lead through early-stage qualified opportunities. This is a highly cross-functional role for a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to get stuff done.
