The role:
→ Architect referral programs and social sharing loops
→ Turn entertainment moments (award shows, eliminations, chart drops) into acquisition spikes
→ Push viral coefficient above 1.0
→ Convert our 1.3M YouTube subscribers into platform users

You:
→ 4+ years driving viral growth at a consumer app (fintech, gaming, social, trading)
→ Track record with K-factor > 0.5
→ Built referral programs that actually worked

Bonus Points
∙ Experience at Robinhood, Cash App, Coinbase, DraftKings, FanDuel, PayPal, Duolingo or similar
∙ Background in entertainment, media, or pop culture
∙ Familiarity with prediction markets or trading platforms
