Initially, you will be hands-on in designing and delivering field and partner programs while owning specific territories. As the business scales, you’ll hire, mentor, and lead a global team to support regional GTM needs.You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product— translating XBOW’s differentiated value into high-impact regional programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and enable our GTM teams (both direct sales and partners) to win.
