Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.Role: GTM EngineerYou generate MQLs and pipeline for our sales team across three channels: AEO/GEO, outbound, and paid on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.We are looking for a growth hacker: someone creative who understands Salesforce and wants to own the GTM stack.Why this role is differentWe are insanely AI native. Get Conduit into the answers when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI about our category.Outbound. Map our TAM, enrich it, sync it to Salesforce, and run outbound campaigns.Paid. Run campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.The stack. Own Salesforce, Clay, Deepline, our data enrichment providers, Amplemarket, and Default.Who you areA growth hacker. You are creative and you run a lot of experiments.You understand Salesforce.You are AI native.You know tools like Clay, Deepline, Amplemarket, and Default, or can pick them up fast.You take ownership.This role is in person in San Francisco, five days a week.
