We’ve successfully reached MVP, completed internal testing, and are now entering the public release stage.We already have a strong engineering team in place, and now we’re looking for a self-driven, result-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of marketing for our AI IDE: define the go-to-market strategy, build a consistently growing user acquisition system, and deliver on clear acquisition KPIs.This is a startup within a stable company — giving you the freedom to directly influence the product, experiment boldly, and implement your ideas with a high degree of autonomy.Ideally, you have hands-on experience launching and scaling tech products from scratch (especially AI-driven ones), a solid understanding of the AI IDE and developer tooling landscape, experience working closely with developer and AI enthusiast communities, and confidence operating in both English and Russian.Our product:https://quadcode.ai/Join us and help shape the future of software development!\nTasksBuild and execute the global marketing strategy with a strong focus on organic growth.Drive guerrilla marketing and community-led growth initiatives.Own the marketing budget: allocate spend efficiently to grow without unnecessary burn.Be accountable for clear user acquisition KPIs (key metrics: DAU and paying users).Ensure steady user growth, analyse performance, and continuously iterate on the strategy.Identify and collaborate with influencers in AI, development, and software niches (YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, etc.).Organize outsourced production of promo content: videos, reviews, product demos.Grow product presence across social media, blogs, and niche communities, and discover new organic channels.Manage external contractors: negotiations, timelines, quality control.Work closely with the product team to quickly get assets, insights, and feedback.Stay on top of trends in AI, developer tools, and AI-driven communities.Requirements3+ years of experience in marketing or growth marketing (preferably in IT, AI, or tech startups).Strong understanding of guerrilla marketing and organic growth mechanics.Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on — from sourcing contractors to launching campaigns.Practical experience managing marketing budgets and acquiring users without large spends.Solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem: where to find creators, how to negotiate, how to measure impact.Familiarity with developer and AI communities: Reddit, Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, and innovative products.Ownership mindset and responsibility for hitting acquisition KPIs.English B2+ (for influencer outreach and content creation).Fluent Russian (for internal team communication).We offerCompetitive compensation (paid in EUR or USDT).Full-time remote work (External Vendor contract).High level of autonomy and full ownership of product marketing.Direct impact on product growth and a global audience.Access to modern AI tools.A strong, collaborative team that offers quick feedback and supports experimentation.Positive and friendly atmosphere.\nWith a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence.
