As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the orchestration of target segments from acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion. This role blends strategy and execution: you’ll design and manage the workflows that ensure the right accounts are in the right segments, receiving the right messaging at the right time.You won’t just launch campaigns — you’ll architect the underlying systems that power them. Working across CRM, marketing automation, SDR tools, and product touchpoints, you’ll ensure segmentation logic is clean, messaging is aligned, and lifecycle handoffs are seamless. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Product to continuously refine and optimize our growth engine through data, experimentation, and automation.What You’ll OwnLifecycle & Segment OrchestrationDesign and manage dynamic audience segmentation across marketing tech stack.
