Join us in shaping the future of crypto iGaming.The RoleWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Bluff’s player acquisition channels.This role is responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling growth opportunities across influencers, affiliates, SEO, and emerging channels. You will operate with a strong experimental mindset, continuously testing new ideas, measuring performance, and doubling down on what works.This is not a traditional “marketing ops” role. You are a growth operator, focused on driving efficient user acquisition and building scalable channels that deliver long-term value.ResponsibilitiesChannel Development & OwnershipIdentify, build, and scale acquisition channels, including:Influencers / creatorsAffiliatesSEO / organic searchCommunity platforms (eg. Telegram, Discord, Reddit)Continuously explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channelsInfluencer & Creator StrategyDevelop a more efficient approach to influencer marketing:Identify undervalued creators and performance-driven partnershipsStructure deals focused on ROI, not vanity metricsTest alternative models, including:Micro-influencersPerformance-based partnershipsAI-generated or virtual influencersExperimentation & ScalingRun rapid tests across:ChannelsCreativesMessagingMeasure and optimize for:CACLTVPayback periodScale channels that demonstrate strong unit economics, and quickly cut those that don’tSEO & Organic GrowthDevelop and execute SEO strategy:Content developmentBacklink strategyTechnical optimizationDrive sustainable, long-term organic acquisition Analytics & Performance Track and report on performance across all acquisition channelsBuild a clear view of:Channel-level ROIPlayer quality by sourceWork closely with Lifecycle Growth Manager to ensure alignment on player value and retentionRequired Experience & SkillsExperience3–6 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition rolesExperience with:Influencer marketingAffiliate marketingSEO or organic growthExperience in iGaming, crypto, gaming, or similar industries is a plusSkillsetStrong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, Excel/Sheets required; SQL a plus)Deep understanding of acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)Experience running experiments and scaling channelsAbility to operate across multiple channels simultaneouslyTraitsSelf-starter who thrives in ambiguity and moves quicklyHighly commercial mindset > focused on ROI and efficiencyCurious and experimental > constantly testing new ideasScrappy operator > finds ways to win without relying on large budgets
