Growth Marketing Manager

With a strong leadership team and a focus on responsible growth, we are a leader in WMS, TMS, and LMS implementations, as well as SaaS technology.We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue for our supply chain solutions. This role will drive demand generation, optimize digital performance, and support go-to-market strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market supply chain leaders. Develop and execute growth campaigns to drive qualified pipeline for supply chain software and servicesPartner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) targeting key accountsManage and optimize digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display, email, and SEOUtilize AI-powered tools to improve campaign performance, targeting precision, and lead nurturingCollaborate with the marketing team to produce high-impact assetsBuild dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROIUse tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google AnalyticsConduct A/B testing and optimization across landing pages, messaging, and conversion pathsLeverage customer insights to refine positioning and messagingParticipate in and assist with industry and partner events and tradeshows as neededExperience4 – 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or performance marketing in a B2B technology companyProven track record of driving 20% YoY growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue through marketing initiativesExperience marketing complex, high-value solutions with long sales cyclesStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, and pipeline generation strategiesExperience with CRM, AI-powered tools, and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress)Preferred: Supply chain industry experiencePreferred: Software marketing experienceWork Location & TravelThe candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. Candidates may live anywhere in the U.S.This is a home-based, full-time, exempt role. Annual salary range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
