Who you are:We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives at the intersection of experimentation, storytelling, and data. This is a role ideal for someone who has spent several years executing and learning across multiple marketing disciplines and is ready to deepen their growth skill set in a fast-moving health tech environment.You’ll work across the full funnel but focus on acquisition and activation, and be responsible for testing, learning, and scaling what works. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with increasing ownership over growth initiatives.What you'll doPlan and execute growth optimization projects across multiple channels (paid, organic, partnerships, and product-led growth)Support acquisition efforts including paid media, SEO, content distribution, and landing page optimizationBuild and optimize automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) to drive activation and retentionCollaborate with product and engineering to test onboarding flows, conversion points, and user journeysUse GTM tools to enrich data and support sales engagementAnalyze performance using dashboards and experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel analysis)Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and next stepsContribute to overall growth strategy while owning execution of specific initiativesRegular reporting on growth and funnel performanceWhat you'll bring: Experience in SaaS and healthcare strongly preferredHeavy bias toward action. Ability to work independently. Unafraid to ask questions when blockers are encountered.Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms requiredExperience with marketing automation tools required (HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo, etc.)3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related rolesExperience working across multiple marketing domains, such as: Paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), content/seo, email/lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, partnerships or referralsStrong understanding of growth marketing principles: experimentation, rapid iteration, metrics-driven decision-makingComfort working with, drawing conclusions from, and proposing solutions using dataClear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Sales, and Design teams.Where You'll Be:We offer flexibility in your work location!
