Our dynamic team is spread across the U.S. and Europe, we value flexibility and hold regular in-person working sessions to keep us moving in the same direction, quickly.THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly analytical, user-obsessed, and strategic Growth Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. You are results-obsessed and know how to build a growth engine from scratch. You've set up marketing tech stacks before, you know which levers actually drive pipeline, and you're not afraid to kill campaigns that don't convert.This pivotal role will drive the strategy and execution for increasing user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our self-serve product offerings. You'll be the architect of our product on-ramps and in-product growth loops, leading efforts to optimize the user journey and identify key friction points. This isn't just about marketing; it's about making the product its own best growth engine. This isn't a "brand awareness" role.
