We are always looking for talented professionals ready to live our values of empathy, opportunity and rigor!  Job Overview  This mid-level role, will take ownership of end-to-end multichannel marketing campaigns, driving pipeline and brand impact through a mix of ABM, paid media, SEO, events and social. This person will work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Innovation, Rev Ops, and Client Services to develop campaigns that resonate with our ICP and convert leads into revenue.    Duties and Responsibilities  Multichannel Campaigns  Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns that support the different stages in our buyer funnel: awareness, consideration, decision and retention  Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Marketing Specialist to align messaging and creative assets across all touchpoints  Create campaign briefs and manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs for each initiative  Account-Based Marketing (ABM)  Support ABM initiatives by developing target account lists, customizing outreach, and aligning campaigns with Sales  Execute personalized campaigns for high-value accounts across email, paid, and direct mail channels  SEO & Web Management  Collaborate with design/marketing specialist to continuously test and improve website conversion rates (CRO)  Work with agency to monitor and report on keyword rankings, traffic trends, and content gaps  Paid Media & Social  Work with Agency to execute paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns with clear targeting, messaging, and creative testing plans  Manage campaign budgets, optimizing for pipeline contribution and lead quality  Build and grow our presence in LinkedIn and any channel that is relevant to our target audience.  Event Marketing  Together with the Head of Marketing, plan and execute in-person and virtual events (webinars, roundtables, trade shows, etc.)  Coordinate logistics, develop promotional materials, manage attendee engagement, and follow-up strategies  Partner with Sales to maximize ROI from events and drive qualified leads  Campaign Tracking & Performance  Define and report on campaign KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, CAC and pipeline influence  Deliver regular insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns  Ensure lead handoff, attribution, and follow-up processes are tight and trackable       Skills and Qualifications  3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.  Proven track record in planning and executing multichannel campaigns (ABM, paid media, events, SEO, and social) that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.  Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and ability to map content and tactics to each stage of the funnel.  Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).  Comfortable managing event logistics (in-person and virtual), from planning through post-event follow-up and ROI tracking.  Strong analytical mindset, able to track KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and translate data into actionable insights.  Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.  Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams.  Creative and strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mentality, constantly optimizing for performance and impact.  (Preferred)Hands-on experience managing HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub) for campaign execution, automation, and reporting.  (Preferred) Experience in language services, SaaS, or other regulated industries such as healthcare or government.      What we offer  Joining a vibrant multicultural team spread across the Americas, Asia, Africa and Europe  Professional development and growth opportunities in the localization industry  Training in new tools, technologies, and processes  Energetic, multicultural, and empathetic working environment
