You will apply your hands-on experience across a breadth of creative disciplines to translate the motivations of varying audiences into relevant creative content. Key Responsibilities:Brand Creative Development & Content ManagementDevelop and maintain brand consistency across all creative touchpoints.Translate creative direction, feedback, and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand executions.Own and manage the brand content library to ensure assets are organized, accessible, and up to date.Asset Creation Across ChannelsDesign and refine visual assets for marketing and sales needs, including:3D product rendersCustomer ads in both digital and print formatsE-commerce tilesProduct & Lifestyle imagerySell sheets and product catalogsEmail assets and layoutsCreate and update packaging label designs including both original concepts and edits to existing designs.Create and edit video and motion graphic content for digital channels.Organize creative assets in a shared location for easy access Project & Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing and sales teams to develop high-impact brand materials.Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project requirements. Knowledge and Characteristics:MUSTS:4–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work across digital, print, and packaging.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and other relevant software.Experience with print-ready files and die linesExperience with simple motion design and video editing.Experience interpreting briefs to build creative content.
