This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of compelling hardware products that blend technical innovation, impeccable design, and strong consumer relevance.The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team driving Cricut’s next-generation products, enhancing existing products, and furthering the growth of our world-class brand. This role involves close collaboration with:Industrial designersHardware and software engineeringSalesMarketingOperationsA global manufacturing teamYou will be instrumental in driving a product portfolio that is disrupting the creative world.What You’ll DoAs a Global Product Manager, you will:Lead a cross-functional team in the product development and go-to-market strategies for a key portfolio of hardware products.Perform market opportunity analysis and build business cases that support hyper-growth initiatives.Actively participate in consumer learning plans, deriving consumer insights to inform product definition and marketing.Make fundamental trade-off decisions that balance strategic and execution considerations when bringing products to market.QualificationsWho You AreExperience and EducationMinimum 3-5 years of experience bringing physical products (business to consumer hardware) to market (ideally with some technical component).Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.Bachelor’s degree required.Undergraduate business, marketing, design, engineering, or liberal arts preferred.MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.Key CharacteristicsWe are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following characteristics, whether through work, school, or life experiences:Leadership: Experience leading teams, directly and/or indirectly, with integrity, clarity, and self-awareness.Passion for Innovation and Consumer Behavior: Ability to spot trends and envision future product experiences, with a keen interest in understanding consumer motivations.Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn, grow, and be challenged; intellectually curious.Self-starter: Takes strong initiative to contribute, solve problems quickly, and work independently when needed; willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.Analytical Thinker: Disciplined and methodical; comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers, and data-driven decision-making.Attention to Detail: Organized and pays careful attention to the quality of work.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable with presenting.Team Player: Builds strong relationships with others and strives to collaborate.Adaptability: Must be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate an ability to navigate unknowns.Additional InformationWe’ve got you covered At Cricut, we take care of our people.
