This position requires the ability to construct forward looking scenarios that address evolving customer needs, scout and validate new business opportunities, and lead projects that deliver measurable and impactful business valueResponsibilities Include the FollowingDrive the strategic growth roadmap for Towel/Tissue and Barrier Coatings, ensuring regional execution.Lead the annual Consumer Solutions communications plan with cross-functional partners.Direct growth projects across the business, aligned with senior management.Promote best practices to maximize growth synergies.Provide regular, data-driven updates on strategic project impact to senior leaders..QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field. MBA a plus7+ years of professional work experience in Marketing or related roles within paper and/or packaging IndustryExcellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong results driven teams where leading through influence is a key focusStrong organizational development skills and organizational savvyExcellent Project Management Skills and adept at stakeholder managementPossess business courage and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and managing risks through data driven insights.
