About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced marketing Executive to support our marketing team, with a focus on the German market. This is a busy role, supporting across social media and content to translation, campaign support, and ecommerce initiatives. As a part of this role, some time will be dedicated to supporting our German patients, managing day to day queries. However, as our operations scale and our new system (Cannaflow) goes live, the balance of the role is expected to shift progressively towards marketing.*Full bilingual fluency in English and German is essential for this role.Marketing ResponsibilitiesManaging and growing the Releaf social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, in line with brand and compliance guidelinesDeveloping and owning the DE social content calendarCreating platform-appropriate content across formats - reels, carousels, stills, and stories - bringing your own creative direction while working within brand guidelinesSubmitting design briefs to the creative team via Monday.com for German-market contentSourcing UGC creators and influencers relevant to the DE market for collaborationTranslating and localising communications, copy, and website content from English to German, with turnaround expectations agreed on a case-by-case basisSupporting asset updates as Releaf DE's messaging evolvesContributing to campaign planning and flagging key German cultural moments and dates, working closely with the Country Manager to ensure local relevanceTracking performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs, reporting on follower growth, content pipeline, and upcoming campaignsScheduling content through SocialPilot where applicableEcommerce ResponsibilitiesSupporting the build and launch of the Releaf Accessories shop, working closely with the UK Ecomm CoordinatorCommunity ManagementMonitoring and responding to comments via Meta Business SuiteResponding to Releaf DE's Trustpilot reviews Patient Support ResponsibilitiesManaging the Releaf central contact inbox via Front, handling inbound enquiries from patients, organisations, and cooperation partnersResponding to patient queries relating to delivery times and delays, refund requests, payment methods, out-of-stock orders, and prescription copy requestsCoordinating with pharmacies and, working closely with the Country Manager, acting as the connector between patients, pharmacies, and doctors when orders require manual resolutionHandling apology communications and goodwill gestures where appropriateAnswering questions about medication doses and usage in coordination with the clinical teamSupporting stock updates working closely with the Country ManagerLogging and escalating technical bugs and order issues to the IT team and Country Manager for resolutionWhy Releaf? At Releaf, our people are the reason we've grown so quickly, and we don't take that lightly. We've built a benefits package that reflects how much we value the team behind our mission: life insurance, private health cover, an Employee Assistance Programme, structured career progression, and enhanced holiday.
