Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their queries.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
