Job Purpose


The Gaming Operations Trainer is responsible for preparing and developing staff through effective training programs, ensuring they deliver a professional and engaging live gaming experience in line with company standards.
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for new and existing staff on live gaming operations, with a focus on Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure continuous skill development and adherence to company standards.

  • Adapt training methods and materials to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels.

  • Monitor trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional growth.

  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages confidence and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with management and other trainers to update and improve training programs in line with operational needs.

  • Act as a role model by demonstrating strong product knowledge, effective communication, and a high standard of professionalism at all times.

 
Requirements:
 

  • At least one year of experience as a Live Casino Dealer or in a training/mentoring role within the gaming industry. 

  • Strong knowledge of live casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat. 

  • Proficiency in Hub Native Language and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level). 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proven ability to train or coach others, ideally in a professional or instructional setting. 

  • A passion for delivering knowledge and fostering a professional, respectful learning environment. 

  • A patient and kind demeanor 

  • High School Diploma (a University Degree is a plus).
