Task Responsibilities: Application & API DevelopmentDesign and develop new applications and APIs using .NET/C#, React, and Angular.Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.Build robust backend services and integrate third-party components.Ensure applications are aligned with business requirements and kept up to date.Deliver projects on time and ensure smooth handover to IT operations.Code Quality & TestingWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Continuously monitor and improve code quality.Collaboration & MentorshipCollaborate closely with other developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Mentor interns and junior developers, providing guidance and support.Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams.Technology Awareness & RecommendationsStay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.Proactively recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems and tools.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all development activities comply with legal, audit, and security requirements.Produce and maintain technical documentation and release notes.Support the transition of applications to IT operations through training and knowledge sharing.Testing & ValidationAssist in functional and user acceptance testing.Ensure applications meet defined requirements and quality standards.
