About the OpportunityWe are building a remote freelance bench to support consulting delivery across our Agency team. This is a project-based opportunity for experienced practitioners who can be brought in as work scales, based on client demand and project needs. This is not a strategy only role. You will be working within established frameworks and templates and will not be building the approach from scratch. We are looking for individuals who can step in quickly, take direction, and produce high quality, client ready outputs without heavy oversight.Areas of FocusThis work spans several core areas. You may align strongly to one or more:Alliance Marketing Consultant: partner program development, ecosystem alignment, joint value creationPartner GTM Strategist: go to market motion design, partner activation, route to market planningB2B Tech Marketing Consultant: messaging, campaign development, and activation planning within tech environmentsConsulting / Enablement Specialist: workshop support, content development, and translating strategy into actionable outputsWhat You’ll Be DoingSupporting pre and post workshop execution (inputs, synthesis, outputs)Conducting market and ecosystem research, persona development, and GTM motion mappingBuilding foundational GTM artifacts (messaging frameworks, activation plans)Developing slides and supporting campaign and activation handoffsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in alliance marketing, partner GTM, B2B tech marketing, or consulting/enablementFamiliarity with technology partner ecosystems (cloud, infrastructure, SaaS)Proven ability to turn ambiguous inputs into structured, client ready deliverablesStrong executor mindset with a focus on producing deliverables, not facilitating strategyStrong attention to detail and ability to operate within defined processesAbility to work independently and deliver against tight timelinesPrior freelance or contract experience preferredWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers polished, client ready outputs with minimal revisionRamps quickly and meets deadlines consistentlyProactively identifies gaps and drives work forwardIntegrates effectively into existing workflows and delivery modelsWhat This Role Is and Isn’tThis is a fit if you:Prefer hands on execution over high level strategyCan plug into an existing process and deliver quicklyAre comfortable working independently with clear directionThis is likely not a fit if you:Focus primarily on strategy without executing deliverablesRequire significant ramp time or ongoing directionPrefer to define the approach rather than execute within oneInterested in Joining the Freelance Bench?Submit an application and answer a few screening questions so we can better understand where you’re strongest.
