We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated freelance designer to become our go-to creative hands: someone who can turn a brief into a polished web page, a scroll-stopping social campaign, or a punchy 30–60 second video. This is a compact, high-trust role, four focused hours a day, real ownership, and creative variety across web, social and video. It suits a designer who wants a steady, guaranteed retainer and the chance to build a varied portfolio, without the commitment of a full-time role. Key Responsibilities What you'll be doing - Designing and maintaining website pages; layouts, banners, landing pages, on-page visual updates and general UX improvement - Creating assets for social and campaign activity, always aligned to brand guidelines - Producing marketing collateral; one-pagers, brochures, presentation templates and sales support material - Creating short-form video content (30 seconds – 1 minute) for social and YouTube, including captions, transitions and thumbnails - Working from briefs issued in ClickUp, turning them around within agreed timelines - Partnering closely with the Campaign & Content Manager on visual consistency, and with the development team on implementing web pages Skills, Knowledge & Expertise What you'll bring - A strong portfolio spanning web/digital design, social creative and short-form video editing - Confidence working independently and managing your own time within a focused daily window - Sharp eye for brand consistency and attention to detail under quick turnarounds - Comfortable taking a brief and running with it; proactive, not just reactive - B2B, tech, telecom or infrastructure sector experience is a bonus, not a requirement Tools you'll use - Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / Premiere Rush - Figma or Canva Pro; for web pages, social templates and rapid collateral design - Clipchamp or Adobe Premiere for short-form video editing, captions and transitions - CapCut or Canva Video; useful for fast-turnaround, social-native video edits - ClickUp for receiving briefs and tracking work with the marketing team - Basic familiarity with a CMS (e.g. Strapi, WordPress or similar) is a plus for web page updates Why this role - Genuine variety; web, social, print collateral and video, not just one lane - Real autonomy.
