We are driven to innovate with a clear purpose in mind: revolutionize the future of foodservice. As a Fountain Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key product specifications related to beverage dispenser foodservice product lines. Working closely with Marketing Product Managers, you will help define the product roadmap for both Core product support and new product and feature development, and serve as the primary interface between the customer, commercial, and technical teams. In this individual contributor role, you will ensure that products meet customer needs and adhere to quality standards. In this role, you will be the bridge between the technical aspects of fountain beverage product development and the commercial success of our offerings. You will play a key role in driving new ideas, ensuring technical feasibility, and effectively communicating product features to both internal and external stakeholders.This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever suits you best.What You’ll DoCollaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize and develop new beverage dispensing products or enhance existing ones, including conducting market research, identifying customer requirements, and defining product specifications and roadmapsCollaborate with product management to build strong business cases for new fountain beverage dispenser productsCollaborate with project teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and set project priorities to ensure that projects are delivered on time while meeting customer and quality requirementsCreate and maintain technical requirements with a focus meeting customer and business performance requirements and hold development teams accountable for meeting those requirementsPartner with engineering teams to provide technical guidance, resolve technical challenges, and ensure product designs align with industry standards and regulationsInterface with reliability teams to ensure designs achieve reliability requirements in addition to customer or market requirementsStay up to date on relevant industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards to build into project specificationsAdvise tech service and warranty support teams in resolving quality issues while maintaining core product functionality and system operation Who You AreCollaborative Partner: Uses interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers, and engages actively with customer touch points to learn and define their needsStrategic Thinker: Relies on analytical and problem-solving skills to think strategically and execute tacticallyOptimizer: Finds ways to continuously improve processes to engage cross functional partners and meet customer and market needsIndependent Self-Starter: Takes prompt, proactive action to accomplish work goals with limited oversightSkills/Experience We’re Looking ForExtensive knowledge of fountain beverage dispense systemsExperience engineering fountain beverage dispense systems for QSR and C&G marketsExperience interfacing with customers to define their needs in terms of a project scopeExperience writing or contributing to technical specificationsAbility to translate technical information into clear and concise language for both internal and external audiencesExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsExperience analyzing and resolving product quality issuesUnderstanding of electromechanical systems functionality and interfaces between subsystemsExperience with safety and compliance requirements as they pertain to the fountain beverage dispenser equipment including UL, NSF, CE, etc.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s in Engineering5-10 years of beverage dispense equipment or food equipment product development experienceBenefitsWe support your well-being with comprehensive and easy-to-use benefits that you’ll be eligible to enroll in on your first day of employment.
