We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to help scale our portfolio of desktop utility apps. You’ll own email and lifecycle marketing at the core of the user journey, drive measurable revenue impact, and have the opportunity to grow into a broader Growth role over time.Your mission is simple:Get more users to activateGet more users to upgradeGet fewer users to churn and increase retentionExcited? Let’s see what it takes What you will do:Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win-back;Build and optimize funnels from download → trial → paid;Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention;Run growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flows;Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points;Create dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insights;Launch tests, evaluate results, scale what works, kill what doesn’t;Collaborate with product and design when needed — but move fast independently.What you need to succeed in this role:2+ years of marketing experience in IT product companiesProven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impactExperience building onboarding, trial, upgrade, and win-back email flowsAbility to segment users based on behavior, not assumptionsStrong copywriting skills for emails that drive clear actionExperience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar)Ability to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churnExperience running A/B tests across emails, funnels, and landing pagesComfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and growth metricsAbility to improve landing pages and conversion without heavy dev supportEnglish proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higherWill be a plus:Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret results;Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods;SEO knowledge.Benefits and Perks:Provide services during business hours;Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely;Friendly, supportive and forward-thinking environment;Compensation in USD;Great management with no bureaucracy.*The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
