In this role, youโ€™ll be a vital part of our team, directly supporting an Executive Financial Planner to manage new and existing client relationships. What youโ€™ll be doing


This role serves as the primary support for an Executive Lead Planner. You will be assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day management of clients, under the supervision of a Lead Planner.



You will be responsible forโ€ฆ


  • Building financial plans using the framework of our proprietary Juicingยฎ Retirement Plan Process
  • Organizing and evaluating client data
  • Assisting in financial plan analysis and developing client recommendations
  • Participate in client meetings and document comprehensive and actionable notes
  • Completing appropriate meeting follow-up tasks promptly and efficiently
  • Fielding client requests under the supervision of an Executive Lead Planner
  • Assisting in our annual Tax Review and Tax Projection process, using Holistiplan Tax Planning software
  • Performing portfolio and cash management activities


What we need from you


  • Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
  • Work out of our Scottsdale office for a minimum of 3 days per week, and as needed to attend client meetings


What skills & experience youโ€™ll bring to us


Relevant Experience:


  • 2+ Years of Financial Services Experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree, with a major in Business, Finance, Financial Planning, or Accounting preferred
  • Familiarity with the fee-only RIA Business Model
  • CFPยฎ Designee Preferred


Written And Verbal Communication:


  • Ability to write clear, concise professional emails
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills in remote and in-person meetings
  • Maintain prompt and reliable response times to requests


Financial Planning & Technical Knowledge:


  • Committed to developing expertise in our niche of Retirement Income Planning
  • Understanding of the United States Tax Code
  • Grasp on financial mathematics and portfolio fundamentals, such as Time Value of Money, Net Present Value, and Expected Return principles
  • Knowledge of investment vehicles, insurance products, and related professional services (Estate Planning Attorneys, CPAs, etc.)


Technology


  • Strong Excel proficiency required
  • Experience with other software programs, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Zoom, Slack, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Proficiency with workflow management and CRM tools
  • Tax Planning software like Holistiplan is a plus
