Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


• Create and utilize comprehensive financial models with а focus on forecasting and scenario analysis. 


• Collaborate with different teams to gather the needed data for analysis.


• Produce month-end reporting packs describing financial performance and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.


• Provide financial insights to support growth and operational efficiency.


• Assist in the preparation of business review decks

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A


• Strong background in financial planning and analysis


• Confidence in producing data driven and cleanly formatted financial models


• Proactive with attention to detail


• Solution focused and result oriented.


• Experience in a fast-paced, growth environment


• Proactive self-starter, eager to learn and develop their career


• A team player with initiative and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Excel is required


• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not mandatory
