Join our North America Finance & Accounting team! We are looking for a Financial Analyst based in either Miamisburg, OH or Dallas, TX to support business decisions through financial analysis and reporting. This hybrid role allows 2-3 days in the office and the rest working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process & variance analysis
✔️ Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
✔️ Identify cost-saving opportunities and support SG&A expense analysis
✔️ Drive process improvements and automate tasks using data & technology
Qualifications:
📚 2-3 years of finance experience
📊 Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
💻 Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Oracle R12, Essbase/SmartView preferred
