With average revenue growth greater than 10% in the past several years via organic client growth and acquisitions, RKD needs an initiative-taking, energetic, and curious analyst to help provide visibility to business results and support executive decision making.



The Financial Analyst will work on the analysis of financial results and metrics as well as preparation of forecasts and budgets. This role will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and have direct interactions with FP&A Director, CFO and other Senior Executives at RKD Group. The position will also work with other department leaders and with the Accounting Department.



The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communications skills. They will be analytical and detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational ability. They will have the confidence to interact and share their knowledge with senior leaders across the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Creating, consolidating, and maintaining financial models.
  • Capturing and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Streamlining data flow and automating the analysis process as needed.
  • Work closely with each department leader during the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process to support business strategy.
  • Work with and provide support to department leaders to facilitate the flow of timely and accurate information.
  • Assist with quarter-end support for lenders, board reporting, and auditors as needed.
  • Complete Ad Hoc projects as determined by Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2-4 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
  • Four-year college degree in business-related field (Finance, Accounting, etc.).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with Advantage Agency Management Software a plus.


Location: This position may be located anywhere within the United States; however the ability to work in the central time zone is preferred.


Pay Range expected for the position: $75,000 – 80,000 annually.
