This role partners with the Global Field Marketing Managers and broader marketing team to manage the logistics and on-the-ground execution of regional field events, trade shows, and related campaigns — ensuring that every program runs smoothly and supports the pipeline needed to hit quarterly targets. This is an execution-focused role: you're the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks while juggling multiple events and deadlines.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesEvent & Campaign ExecutionManage campaign setup, campaign member tracking, data augmentation, and list uploads in HubSpot/SalesforceBuild registration landing pages and confirmation emailsProvide pre- and post-event list supportPartner with Sales Operations to troubleshoot and remedy any data or process issuesTrade Show & Vendor LogisticsOrder and manage trade show assets — booth materials, signage, print collateral, and swag — and track all shipments, keeping Global FMMs informedMaintain swag inventory to ensure adequate stock across all trade shows; research and order custom swag as requestedContracts, Budget & ReportingReview and route event contracts and invoices, tracking status through completion, and keeping Global FMMs updatedSubmit and track invoice statusManage event budgets, logging estimates in a tracker, and updating actual expenses as they come inTeam & Systems CoordinationKeep the Monday.com events calendar currentUpdate tasks in Monday.com as work is completedKeep the events page on OSV's website up to dateFlag risks early to Global FMMs and escalate when needed to Sr. Manager, Global Field Marketing, and help identify and act on solutionsSkillsClear, proactive communication with stakeholders at every levelHighly organized, with sharp attention to detailComfortable pivoting and problem-solving when plans change — because in this role, they willA growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and willing to figure things outLooks for ways to improve a process without being asked, even if it takes extra effortProactively notice potential challenges and work to solve them before they happenTakes ownership of every event as if it were their ownCompetenciesThrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentStrong interpersonal and time-management skillsCustomer-oriented, confident, and engagingExcellent written and verbal communicationNatural organizer who thinks in terms of lists and stepsCreative mindset that is always considering new ideas or methods to tryAn eye for what visually represents our brand in the best way and eagerness to make improvements where neededQualifications & ExperienceBA/BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience1–2 years of marketing support experience1–2 years of event coordination or management experienceAbility to travel up to 20%Preferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SharePoint, MS Office, and Monday.comFamiliarity with B2B marketing#LI-REMOTEYou are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team.
