Our mission is simple: help companies around the world turn in-person events into a measurable & scalable growth channel.About the RolePopl is looking for a high-energy, early-career Field Marketing Representative (FMR) to join our fast-growing team! In this role, you’ll be on the front lines engaging prospects, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and representing Popl at in-person events In Las Vegas and periodically in other locations. This is a great fit for someone who’s with 1–2 years of field sales, field marketing, or SDR/BDR experience (preferably in SaaS or tech), excited about traveling, networking in person, and helping innovative companies modernize the way they capture leads in-person.What You’ll DoQualify Leads: Engage inbound leads and prospect new accounts via email, LinkedIn, phone, and in person at eventsOwn First Touch: Be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their pain points and clearly articulating how Popl can helpDrive Pipeline: Set qualified meetings for our Account Executives and help fuel our revenue engineTravel for Events: Attend industry trade shows and conferencesCRM Hygiene: Keep Salesforce organized and updated with accurate contact and opportunity dataCollaborate: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to continuously improve messaging and processWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in a field sales, field marketing or SDR/BDR role (preferably in SaaS or tech)Based in Las Vegas and able to frequently attend in-person conferences in VegasStrong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbalComfortable with outbound outreach and creative prospectingAble to travel 1-2x/monthSelf-starter mindset: coachable, organized, and eager to growFamiliarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.Nice to HavesExperience working in event marketing, field sales, or at conferencesBased in a major metropolitan area with a high concentration of conferences and large-scale events (e.g., Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando) and willing to attend 5-8 conferences per month in your local metro areaContinuous Learning: At Popl, we are excited to learn new things every single day.
