You thrive on delivering impactful programmes in partnership with sales, channel partners, and business development teams to drive demand and accelerate pipeline opportunities.In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated, multi-touch programmes including events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives. You’ll gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing company builds a world-class brand across the EMEA region, executing field and channel marketing programmes that directly support our sales and partner ecosystem.The ideal candidate is both a team player and a self-starter - someone who is hands-on, relationship-driven, and passionate about taking projects from concept to flawless execution.RESPONSIBILITIES:Field & Channel Marketing Execution:Develop and deliver integrated regional marketing programmes to build pipeline and brand awareness across the UK.Work closely with sales leadership and partner teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with territory plans, sales objectives, and pipeline goals.Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives with channel partners and alliances - including co-branded events, digital campaigns, and demand generation activities.Campaigns & Events:Plan and manage high-impact regional events - from conferences and roadshows to partner summits and webinars - ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI.Coordinate logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline creation.Channel Enablement:Develop and manage co-marketing and partner enablement activities to drive adoption, brand alignment, and joint revenue growth.Create and share marketing toolkits, campaign templates, and enablement resources tailored for partner use.Collaboration & Measurement:Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure lead follow-up, tracking, and conversion are optimised.Measure and report on field and channel marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversion, velocity, and ROI.Content & Messaging:Adapt global messaging for regional relevance, ensuring it resonates with UK audiences.Contribute to the creation of compelling campaign copy, partner assets, and digital marketing content. RequirementsREQUIRED BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of five (5) years experience delivering enterprise Field Marketing and channel marketing excellenceHighly knowledgeable about demand generation and marketing best practicesResults–oriented with a passion for performance measurement and analyticsExperience delivering engagement programs that ensure incredibly successful customers who continue to renew and expandProven success in executing programs and events that drive demand, deal acceleration, return, and deliver exceptional experience for our attendeesContent creation experience across a variety of mediums, from developing messaging platforms to creating persuasive copy for email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts and marketing assetsExperience developing regional and channel plans to support account-based marketingDemonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with sales and marketingAbility to travel up to 30% of the timeREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor's Degree with a Marketing or Business focus preferred, but not requiredMinimum of five (5) years experience delivering Field Marketing excellenceAbility to clearly articulate a market-specific value proposition and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirementsStrong understanding of content creation to target audiences with a tailored messagingExperience in segmentation analysis, budgeting and building business casesUnderstanding of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity accelerationExcellent grasp of marketing performance metrics management to ensure optimal program performance and ROIHow to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts, digital marketing) and delivery mechanisms (email, call downs, direct mail)REQUIRED SKILLS:Experience with Asana, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other predictive analytics tools preferredIntegrated marketing content creation and implementation experienceAbility to understand the company and product pitch and execute it in the fieldConvey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiencesWrite and deliver marketing-quality emails, presentations and collateralExceptional event planning skills - including experience managing event contracts, BEO specifics, and creating experiences that set Cyera apartRecruitment planning for events and execution excellenceREQUIRED BEHAVIORS:Results–oriented with a passion for performance measurement and analyticsOperates with flexibility, urgency, and a “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAbility to expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting prioritiesCommunication and influence – must be energetic and passionate with ability to expertly lead cross-functional teams to achieve regional marketing goalsAbility to evaluate and navigate complex problems with multiple, evolving variablesRevenue generating mindset must be core to your thinking and be second nature to you.
