The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to own and scale regional marketing operations for Token Factory across EMEA and APJ markets. You’ll work closely with sales, partners, product, and field teams to design and execute field initiatives and demand‑generation campaigns that drive pipeline, brand presence, adoption, and community growth. Key Responsibilities Field & Community Activation Work closely with regional field marketing managers to plan and organise events, meetups, workshops, hackathons, and partner activations across the theatre. Engage with developer communities and AI/ML ecosystem players to strengthen brand presence. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical demos and workshops. Regional Strategy & Execution Design and execute multi‑channel field marketing plans for Token Factory across key EMEA regions. Align with regional sales and partner teams to deliver awareness and lead‑generation initiatives. Manage regional budgets, campaign calendars, and performance dashboards. Requirements 3+ years of B2B field marketing or regional marketing experience (tech/AI preferred). Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, inference workloads, and technical buyer needs a plus. Track record of executing regional campaigns and events. Strong cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering. Excellent communication skills. Analytical mindset with experience managing marketing metrics and reporting. Willingness to travel. Business‑level English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
