We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to be a part of making this happen.LocationRemote -- must be based in MI, IL, IN, or greater Milwaukee, WI areaAbout the RoleThe Field Marketing Manager serves as the in-region marketing expert, collaborating closely with regional account teams, including account executives and account representatives, and top tier channel partners.  This role is also responsible for communicating field-level insights to the broader marketing team to ensure that messaging, content and demand generation programs meet the needs of the region.ResponsibilitiesCreate quarterly marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity in assigned territory using input from local sales team, sales directors and channel managersContinuously engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and maximize impact of marketing initiativesResearch, design and coordinate regional and partner events that delight and engage prospective customers—from planning and logistics to post-event follow up with a focus on content development and deliveryDevelop a formal methodology and practice to collect, share, field, and prioritize insights back with corporate marketing team to help optimize messaging, programs and tacticsCollaborate with top-tier channel partners to develop programs that open up opportunities with their customer baseEvaluate and negotiate with vendors including venues, direct mail providers, etc., and actively project manage vendor relations as designated Manage and balance assigned field and partner marketing budgets; evaluate results against goals and use learnings to drive improvementWho You Are​Ability to effectively leverage marketing automation tools, project management software, and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performanceKnowledge of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing methodologies Strong analytical skills; ability to measure effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders and sales team membersDeep understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to achieve opportunity targets  ​​Minimum Qualifications5-7 years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketingDemonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders and sales team membersPreferred QualificationsExperience working for cloud services/security technology company with mid-market focus a plusPositive, high-energy, team-focused, collaborative attitudeBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, English or CommunicationsOn-Camera PolicyTo support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
